Vision
My vision is to proactively guide Indian and German clients to build their future in India. Based on my continuous project experience in India since 2005 we are providing German know-how combined with extensive local experience to coordinate, monitor and manage the projects on site.
Indian clients appointing us receive professional support to accomplish their objectives regarding time, cost and quality by bringing in our international expertise from all over the globe but especially Germany whose quality and engineering are considered as benchmarks in India.
German clients appointing us can avoid abortive work due to ‘learning by doing’ on their projects in India. With our elaborate network internationally and in India we are setting up an experienced and reliable team for each project that delivers international expertise with local know-how.

What we do
Our consultancy services range from project advisory, site appraisal, project audit, controlling, project management and site supervision to the ‘Rundum-Sorglospaket’ (All-Worries-Outsourced-Package). Together with each client we verify the exact requirements for the specific project and prepare a tailor-made scope of services.
We coordinate, monitor and manage the project during site appraisal, due diligence, feasibility studies, project set-up, pre-design, design and execution phase. Our experienced Indo-German Team ensures that the project will be duly completed on time, within budget and according to international quality standards.
